This is the ultimate PB on Toast. You'll never look back after trying this.

GF/VG  //  Serves 2  //  Time: 10 mins


  • 4 slices Nut and Seed Loaf
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Dash of salt


  1. Grill or toast loaf slices on both sides until crispy
  2. Once toasted, spread slices with peanut butter
  3. Top with banana slices and coconut flakes
  4. Finish with honey and salt to serve
