This is the ultimate PB on Toast. You'll never look back after trying this.
GF/VG // Serves 2 // Time: 10 mins
- 4 slices Nut and Seed Loaf
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Drizzle of honey
- Dash of salt
- Grill or toast loaf slices on both sides until crispy
- Once toasted, spread slices with peanut butter
- Top with banana slices and coconut flakes
- Finish with honey and salt to serve
