What happens if I make a mistake in my postage details? 

Please double-check your address before submitting the order. Wholefood Society does not accept responsibility for customers providing incorrect shipping details. In this instance, if products are returned to Wholefood Society, the resending of items to the customer will be at the customers expense. 

Do you post internationally? 

No sorry, postage destinations are currently throughout Australia (no PO Boxes)... for now. 

 

Who do you post with? 

All orders are posted using a courier service. If you're not home or at work to receive the order, either a slip will left by the lovely courier for you to arrange delivery another time or where safe, the package will be left waiting for you.

How much is postage? 

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide of $8 so no matter if you're buying 1 or 10 mixes - you'll pay no more!

How long until I receive my order? 

Your order will be dispatched between 1-3 working days after purchasing. Please allow up to 4 working days from dispatch and this postage time will depend on your location.
