What happens if I make a mistake in my postage details? 

Please double-check your address before submitting the order. Wholefood Society does not accept responsibility for customers providing incorrect shipping details. In this instance, if products are returned to Wholefood Society, the resending of items to the customer will be at the customers expense. 

Do you post internationally? 

No sorry, postage destinations are currently throughout Australia (no PO Boxes).

 

Who do you post with? 

All orders are posted using a courier service. If you're not home or at work to receive the order, either a slip will left by the lovely courier for you to arrange delivery another time or where safe, the package will be left waiting for you.

How much is postage? 

We offer competitive courier rates using Australia's carbon-neutral service; Sendle. These rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We sure do! All orders over $49 will receive free shipping.

How long until I receive my order? 

Your order will be dispatched between 1-3 working days after purchasing.

Delivery times vary dependant on your location.

Metro areas: 1-3 working days from dispatch

Regional areas: 2-5 working days from dispatch

Remote areas: 5-10 working days from dispatch
